Message concerning the European Super League: The significance of this cannot be overstated! The information provided by Juan Laporta indicates that fifteen further clubs are interested in participating. The president of Barcelona made an appearance on the Spanish television program S El Mon, which was broadcast on the RAC 1 channel. A significant piece of information concerning the European Super League was disclosed by the Spaniard. If Juan Laporta is to be believed, fifteen different clubs have indicated that they are interested in competing in the future international football competition.

Due to the fact that the Spaniard has acknowledged that he has the backing of all of the teams that have been named, it is quite probable that the European Super League will be established for the 2025–2026 season. According to the declaration made by Juan Laporta, neither Atletico Madrid nor Paris Saint-Germain, both of which are members of the Premier League, will be participating in the event.

This is a fantastic jump that will assure the continuation of football, and there is absolutely no time to squander. We are able to get by without the English because they have their very own Super League, and a competition consisting of sixteen teams would be more appropriate.

Inter, Milan, Napoli, and Roma are the four Italian teams that should be taken into consideration, in addition to Madrid and Barcelona at this point. A number of French clubs, including Marseille, as well as three Portuguese clubs—Sporting, Benfica, and FC Porto—are also interested in coming. Marseille is one of the clubs that is interested in coming. Finally, we have Ajax, Feyenoord, and PSV from the Netherlands, as well as FC Bruges and Anderlecht from Belgium. All of these teams originated in the Netherlands.

Every single La Liga team, with the exception of Atletico, is welcome to come and play. Similarly, Paris Saint-Germain will not be invited because the president of UEFA is in charge of the organization. It is Juan Laporta’s opinion that a tournament consisting of sixteen teams would be more advantageous.

“The English are not welcome in the European Super League”

It would appear that a number of the major Premier League clubs that were interested in participating in the competition that Juan Laporta and Florentino Perez were promoting have rethought their decision to do so. The English have decided to withdraw from the Europa League in order to avoid frustrating their fans and attracting unwelcome attention from the European Union Football Association (UEFA). Juan Laporta served as an illustration of a significant transformation that is currently taking place in European football by providing a historical example.

English clubs aren’t missing out on anything now that they have their Super League, and I’m not upset by the fact that they are. Should only one club decide to take you up on your offer, each of you will receive one hundred million euros. At this point in time, winning the Champions League will not even get you anything close to that amount.

The European Champions Cup from 1955 comes to mind when I think about this. Despite the fact that just a few clubs participated, it established itself as the most prestigious event in Europe in a short amount of time. It is Juan Laporta’s assertion that this is the objective that we have set for the future Super League.

AS Roma was the first side to respond to Juan Laporta’s assertions on the matter. This statement was made public by AS Roma shortly after the European Court of Justice handed down its decision regarding the Super League lawsuit. “AS Roma reiterates that it does not support any project related to the so-called Super League,” the club clarified.

The Italian club made it abundantly plain in a statement that it has always maintained the same stance on the matter and has never contemplated any alternative to the current road of collaboration that the clubs are following through the ECA, which is in close combination with UEFA and FIFA. The allegation made by Juan Laporta was refuted by both AS Roma and Feyenoord after the announcement was made.

On the other hand, the happenings that have been surrounding La Porta’s team are not continuing to go unnoticed. It has been a considerable amount of time since Barcelona has been in the best possible condition.

Real Madrid’s objections have been addressed by Barcelona president Joan Laporta, who has responded to yet another issue that has arisen in La Liga. It was in his message that he voiced his disapproval of the choices that the referees had made during Real Madrid’s match against Almeria, which predicted by tips.bet ended in a 3-2 draw. The Whites had been involved in the contest.

The entirety of the events that took place during the match versus Almeria were extremely obvious, and everyone was able to observe them. Laporta voiced his displeasure with the allegations that the referees were looking out for Barcelona’s interests.

He made this statement in response to the scandal surrounding Negreira: “We pay for referee reports, but we do not pay referees.” In my personal experience, I am not familiar with Negreira. This began during Nunes’s tenure. We are all familiar with him. The legal community as well as the technological community profited from his advisory services. Judges were purchased by us? There is no evidence to support the claim. Justice will be served, and we will be righted. In this context, “real” refers to behaving in an unsuitable and cynical manner. In response to Real Madrid’s request, Judge Joaquín Aguirre put a stop to the investigation.

On the club TV of Real, a scandalous event is currently taking place. If people have any regard for themselves, I find it difficult to understand how they could behave in such a manner. “The federation and the refereeing committee need to do something,” he stated further.

The implementation of video assistance referees eliminates the element of surprise, which is the reason why I have long been against their use. Imagine that a panel of five or six judges, all of them are making the same mistake. Ineffective use of the video assistant referee system is harmful to the refs. Additionally, the president of Catalonia claimed that Real Madrid is one of the teams that the video assistant referee (VAR) prefers.

Laporta made the following statement in the course of a conversation on the Superleague: “We will start the Superleague in 2024/2025 or 2025/2026.” This would imply that the idea is still in the process of being developed. We would be overjoyed if teams from England were able to participate. He added that the most prominent Italian teams are still participating with the project, despite the fact that they have chosen to withdraw from it. Real Madrid, Inter Milan, Napoli, Roma, Marseille, Bruges, and Anderlecht are now among the teams that are competing in the Super League. Additionally, there are three Dutch clubs who are also competing. “The European Champions Cup went from having 16 or 18 teams compete in 1955 to being the most prestigious tournament in the world,” he explained further.

Following his vitriolic attack on Real Madrid, Chavi discusses the reasons why Barcelona has been harmed.

Chavi Hernandez, the coach of Barcelona, expressed his ire at Real Madrid’s club TV during the press conference that took place prior to the match against Alaves. He also pointed the finger of blame at the Catalans’ hectic schedule for the present injury crisis that they are experiencing. In addition to this, he reaffirmed his decision to step down from his position as coach at the end of the current season.

As a result of the fact that the opponent has just won three consecutive La Liga matches, this matchup is expected to be a challenging struggle. Because of Garcia Plaza’s violent behavior, they are receiving it. It is when they are at home that they offer their absolute best effort, and when we meet them, they are at their most best. Without those three points, however, we will not be able to continue ascending the ranks. Where are our wounds, exactly? We have reached a point when we feel that our travels have gotten rather overwhelming. Within the span of one month, ten games were played. It was a bad calendar that we had available to us. The schedule was one of a kind and could not be matched by any other team anywhere in the world. A relatively small number of injuries were sustained by our team throughout the course of the season. Our lives were filled with misfortunes: two of us were injured by hernias, and other tragic occurrences… Due to the fact that we did not receive sufficient sleep the night before, we were unable to perform to our full potential.

In the event that we are unable to achieve the goals, we be required to withdraw. It is the official position of the president, and the subsequent coach will also be expected to follow in his or her footsteps. By the time I arrived, we had already reached the halfway point and had a chance to defend our title successfully. Although the second season was satisfactory, the third season did not live up to the expectations that were set for it. The outcomes will determine my fate, just as they will determine the fate of everyone else. The statements made by the president, which I made approximately one and a half months ago, were the basis for my decision to resign from my position. It is not because of problems with the media or my mental health that I am leaving; rather, it is because we have not been able to achieve the goals and standards that were established.

In my capacity as a “cooler” who is optimistic about the club’s future, I am of the opinion that the team requires a fresh approach. Even coaches who have won the Champions League have struggled with the intention of resigning from their positions. My friendship with Luis Aragonés has developed into a close one. He was able to secure a spot in the European Championship despite the fact that his lynching was both particularly cruel and unfair. I have decided not to leave because of the criticism that has been hurled on me from the very beginning of this engagement. I am not in agreement with them, and this is Barcelona. There is a need for the team to concentrate on something else.

One thing that disturbs me is the fact that Real Madrid TV is putting pressure on the referees who are responsible for the conditioning. In addition, we have to deal with the Negreira case, which did not significantly improve the situation. There is no doubt that what our president has stated is accurate. In regard to this matter, we will not deceive the Barcelona players; it is a documented reality. Even if I were not the president of La Liga or the federation, I would still find it shocking that Real Madrid’s club TV is able to get away with its outrage. This is the strategy that is being utilized in order to control the competition. This happens in each and every single match. That can be seen by a person who is blind. This is something that Diego Simeone acknowledged as well; we are not naive. “The media have to publicize it, even though everyone can see it,” Chavi commented on.
